Mission Statement:
- To provide a platform and atmosphere where those in the coffee, chocolate, tea and spice industries can capitalise on direct consumer contact, build brand awareness and develop and maintain networks.
- To create a cultural and entertaining environment where the consumer experiences diversified samplings of new and innovative product with the opportunity to participate in educational workshops and demonstrations.
- To create and establish an iconic annual coffee festival on the Gold Coast which is sustainable and has the ability to grow.
